Vcore-helicam

Configurable helicopter camera with vision modes, target lock, spotlight and rappel support. Configure allowed helicopters, feature toggles and controls in config.lua, then restart helicam. - E toggles the camera. - Right Mouse cycles normal, night and thermal vision. - Mouse pans; Mouse Wheel zooms. - Space locks or unlocks a vehicle. - G toggles the synced spotlight. - X rappels from an allowed passenger seat. The implementation retains credit to the heliscript, HeliCam-FiveM and original mraes/rjross2013 helicam projects.

Troubleshooting

Confirm all manifest dependencies are started before helicam.
Confirm the resource is enabled in the correct start order.
If database queries fail, import the consolidated Base SQL and any resource-local SQL listed above.
If the UI fails, verify the resource's NUI files and ui_page when one is declared.
